Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Sengoku 3D (the "Site") handles analytics, advertising, affiliate programs, payments and personal information.
Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data. The data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals. You can refuse collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. For details, see Google's policies and terms.
The Site has also turned on Google signals in Google Analytics. For visitors who are signed in to a Google Account and have allowed ad personalization, we may see broad trends such as age range, gender and interests, as aggregated data that does not identify individuals. You can stop this by turning off ad personalization in Google Ad Settings.
Advertising
The Site plans to use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdSense). These advertising providers may use cookies to show ads based on your interests.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to the Site and other websites.
- You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
- For how third-party vendors use cookies, see Advertising - Policies & Terms - Google.
Affiliate programs
The Site takes part in affiliate programs run by third parties and may show advertising links that introduce products and services. If you buy or sign up through one of these links, the Site receives a referral fee from the seller. Cookies are used to track this, but they do not give us information that identifies you.
The main affiliate programs the Site uses are:
- Amazon Associates Program (Amazon.co.jp)
- Rakuten Affiliate
- Moshimo Affiliate
- A8.net
The Site is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn referral fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.jp.
If you do not want affiliate cookies, you can refuse them by disabling cookies in your browser settings. For details of each program, see the provider's website.
The Battle Pass and payments
Payments for the paid Battle Pass are processed by the payment services of Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives your payment details (such as your card number), your name and your email address; the Site does not receive them (for how Stripe handles them, see the Stripe Privacy Policy). For purchases made from outside Japan, Link, a payment service of Stripe, sells the Battle Pass as the reseller and receives these details, including your billing address, to calculate taxes (see the Link Privacy Policy). As a record of your purchase, the Site stores the access code, the plan, the expiry date, the Stripe transaction number, and a marker (a random string) that tells apart the devices using the access code. On a device where you have activated the Battle Pass with an access code, the Site stores a cookie that lets you listen to the audio and use Ultra detail through to the last chapter (sg_pass) and a cookie that only shows that the pass is active (sg_pass_ui; it contains nothing else).
Personal information
As a rule, the Site does not collect information that identifies individuals, such as names, addresses or phone numbers. Information obtained through inquiries is used only to respond to them and is managed appropriately.
Disclaimer
On the content of the Site, see the Disclaimer (in Japanese).
